Bump to Baby Nurse Concierge offers private-pay, ongoing RN-led support through scheduled phone or video appointments and Healthie portal messaging for families who want personalized education, appointment preparation, planning support, resource navigation, and calm guidance through pregnancy, postpartum, and the return-to-work transition.
Support is tailored to your stage, questions, priorities, and goals, with one dedicated registered nurse helping you feel more informed, prepared, and supported.
Your prenatal and postpartum medical care is essential, but appointments can be short, and questions often arise after you leave the office. Bump to Baby provides experienced RN-led education, preparation, planning support, resource navigation, and steady support for the moments between appointments.
Receive clear, personalized education based on your stage of pregnancy, goals, and general questions. Support may
include preparing for upcoming changes, understanding general pregnancy topics, and identifying questions to
discuss with your medical team.
Organize your questions, concerns, and priorities before appointments with your OB, midwife, specialist, or other
healthcare provider. After an appointment, Bump to Baby can help you organize general information, questions to consider asking your provider, and next steps.
Prepare for birth, postpartum recovery, and the transition home with your baby. Support may include thinking through recovery needs, household preparation, support systems, and questions to consider asking your providers.
Receive general education and steady support related to postpartum recovery, newborn care, general feeding and sleep education, family adjustment, and the early weeks at home.
Prepare for the transition back to work by organizing practical questions related to feeding or pumping routines, childcare, household routines, support needs, and communication with your healthcare providers.

Bump to Baby Nurse Concierge provides ongoing RN-led support through scheduled phone or video appointments and Healthie portal messaging.
Each package includes at least one scheduled phone or video appointment per calendar month during the service period, subject to client scheduling participation and Bump to Baby’s availability.
Routine portal messages are reviewed as business operations and availability permit. Messages are not routinely reviewed on weekends, federal holidays, or announced closures. Messaging is not monitored continuously, and Bump to Baby does not guarantee a response within any specific time period. Messaging should not be used for urgent concerns or for clinical review or interpretation of symptoms, photos, test results, vital signs, medications, or other clinical information.
Regular email and text messaging are limited to administrative matters such as scheduling, payment, reminders, and account questions.
Bump to Baby provides education, preparation, resource navigation, emotional support, appointment preparation, planning support, and general RN-led guidance alongside the care you receive from your healthcare team.
Bump to Baby does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, medication management, clinical triage, urgent or emergency care, labor management, mental health therapy, lactation consulting, or medical care plans, and does not replace your healthcare providers.
Bump to Baby does not determine whether a symptom or condition is normal, abnormal, urgent, non-urgent, safe, unsafe, improving, worsening, or resolved. Bump to Baby does not rule out any condition and will never advise you to delay contacting your provider, triage line, 911, or an emergency department.
For urgent or emergency concerns, contact the appropriate healthcare provider or triage line, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency department.
Request a free consultation to talk through where you are in pregnancy or postpartum, the support you are looking for, and whether Bump to Baby may be a good fit. The consultation does not create a client relationship and does not include medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical triage, urgent guidance, emergency support, or medical decision-making.
