The public website inquiry form is for general inquiries only. Please do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, test results, photographs, medications, infant feeding logs, vital signs, or other health information through the website inquiry form, regular email, text message, or voicemail.
For enrolled clients, additional information may be collected through Healthie as part of intake, scheduling, documentation, payment, electronic signatures, client communication, and account administration.

The website inquiry form is not part of the Healthie client portal. It should be used only for general inquiries and should not be used for urgent concerns, emergency needs, symptoms, diagnoses, test results, photographs, medications, or other health information.

For enrolled clients, Bump to Baby uses Healthie, a third-party technology vendor, for intake, scheduling, documentation, payment, electronic signatures, account administration, and client communication.
Bump to Baby may share information with Healthie as reasonably necessary to provide services and operate the business. Healthie’s collection, use, storage, and protection of information may also be governed by Healthie’s own terms, privacy policy, and vendor commitments.
Healthie is a third-party platform. Bump to Baby does not own or operate Healthie and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to Healthie or the complete security or performance of any electronic platform.
To the extent HIPAA or other privacy laws apply, Bump to Baby will comply with applicable legal requirements and maintain appropriate vendor agreements where required or appropriate.
Regular email, voicemail, and standard text messaging are limited to scheduling, appointment reminders, billing, account access, portal notifications, and other administrative matters.
These channels should not be used to send symptoms, diagnoses, test results, photographs, medications, vital signs, infant weights, feeding logs, pregnancy concerns, postpartum medical concerns, newborn medical concerns, mental health concerns, urgent concerns, emergency needs, or other sensitive health information.
If you provide a phone number and request or consent to text communication, Bump to Baby may use text messaging for scheduling, appointment reminders, administrative updates, account communication, and portal notifications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP or by contacting Bump to Baby.
Consent to text messaging is not required to submit a website inquiry or receive services.
Bump to Baby does not provide emergency care, urgent medical guidance, clinical triage, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, labor management, crisis response, continuous monitoring, or immediate-response services.

If Bump to Baby reads a message that appears to involve an emergency, urgent symptom, labor concern, newborn medical concern, mental health crisis, or time-sensitive medical decision, Bump to Baby will not assess, triage, or determine the severity of the concern. Bump to Baby may respond by directing the sender to contact the appropriate provider, triage line, 911, emergency department, or crisis resource.
Using this website, submitting a website inquiry, sending an email, leaving a voicemail, sending a text message, or participating in a free consultation does not create a client relationship or establish Bump to Baby as your healthcare provider.
