Bump to Baby Nurse Concierge was created for families who want more education, guidance, and steady support during one of life’s most meaningful transitions.
Through personalized virtual support, Bump to Baby helps expecting and postpartum families feel more informed, more prepared, and less alone throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
Pregnancy and postpartum care can be wonderful, but it can also feel rushed, confusing, and overwhelming. Many families leave appointments with new information, new questions, or uncertainty about what to do next.
Bump to Baby was created to support the space between appointments with calm, personalized guidance from a registered nurse who can help families prepare, organize questions, understand general information, and navigate next steps with more confidence.
Hi, I’m Kate, a registered nurse, certified case manager, and the founder of Bump to Baby Nurse Concierge.
I have been a nurse since 2011, and I entered nursing because of my love for women’s health, pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum care. I spent eight years at Northside Hospital, first caring for families on the Mother Baby
unit and later working as a Labor and Delivery nurse. I later moved into pregnancy case management, where I continued supporting expectant and postpartum mothers through education, resource navigation, and guidance.
That experience helped me see how much support families often need between appointments, especially when they are trying to understand general information, prepare questions, organize next steps, and feel more confident navigating their care.
I am a mother of two and have had the privilege of serving as a gestational surrogate, giving me personal experience with three vastly different pregnancies. These experiences have broadened my understanding of the emotional, physical, and deeply personal journey from pregnancy through postpartum.
I created Bump to Baby to offer the kind of calm, personalized, RN-led support that helps families feel informed, prepared, and less alone.
My hope is simple: to be a steady, trusted nurse in your corner from bump to baby
Support is designed to help you feel heard, organized, and prepared without judgment or information overload.
Guidance is shaped around your stage, general questions, appointments, and the next steps that matter most to your family.
