Using this website, submitting an inquiry form, sending an email, leaving a voicemail, sending a text message, or participating in a free consultation does not create a client relationship or establish Bump to Baby as your healthcare provider.
Services begin only after enrollment is accepted, required agreements and acknowledgments are completed, and any required payment is received.
A free consultation is used to determine whether Bump to Baby may be a good fit for your support needs. It does not include medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical triage, urgent guidance, emergency support, or medical decision-making.
Bump to Baby provides private-pay, RN-led pregnancy and postpartum education, preparation, resource navigation, and support.
Services may include general education, preparation, resource navigation, non-clinical emotional support, appointment preparation, postpartum planning, return-to-work preparation, general feeding education, and general guidance during pregnancy and postpartum.
Bump to Baby currently serves clients located in Georgia. Services outside Georgia may be considered only if Bump to Baby confirms that it is legally permitted to provide services in the client’s physical location at the time services are provided.
Bump to Baby does not provide medical care.
Bump to Baby does not provide medical advice, nursing diagnosis, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, medication management, clinical triage, emergency care, urgent medical guidance, labor management, fetal monitoring, newborn medical evaluation, mental health therapy, crisis response, individualized lactation assessment, lactation consulting, medical care plans, or immediate-response services.
Bump to Baby does not replace your OB, midwife, pediatrician, primary care provider, lactation consultant, therapist, specialist, pharmacist, emergency provider, or other licensed healthcare professionals.
Bump to Baby does not determine whether a symptom or condition is normal, abnormal, urgent, non-urgent, safe, unsafe, improving, worsening, or resolved. Bump to Baby does not rule out any condition and will never advise you to delay contacting your provider, triage line, 911, or an emergency department.
This website, inquiry forms, email, text messaging, voicemail, and Healthie messaging are not monitored continuously and should not be used for urgent symptoms, emergencies, labor concerns, newborn medical concerns, mental health crisis concerns, or time-sensitive medical decisions.
For urgent or emergency concerns, contact your OB, midwife, pediatrician, provider triage line, Labor & Delivery, 911, the nearest emergency department, or an appropriate crisis resource.
If Bump to Baby reads a message that appears to involve an emergency, urgent symptom, labor concern, newborn medical concern, mental health crisis, or time-sensitive medical decision, Bump to Baby will not assess the concern, grade its severity, decide whether it is urgent, or advise you to wait. Bump to Baby will respond by directing you to the appropriate resource and will document that it did so.

Please do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, test results, photographs, medications, vital signs, infant weights, feeding logs, pregnancy concerns, postpartum medical concerns, newborn medical concerns, mental health concerns, urgent concerns, emergency needs, or other health information through the website inquiry form.
The website inquiry form is not part of the Healthie client portal. Information submitted through the website inquiry form may be delivered to Bump to Baby by email and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Submitting a website inquiry does not guarantee acceptance as a client.
Routine portal messages from enrolled clients are reviewed as availability permits. Messaging is not monitored continuously, and Bump to Baby does not guarantee a response within any specific time period.
Regular email, voicemail, and standard text messaging are limited to scheduling, appointment reminders, billing, account access, portal notifications, and other administrative matters.
Bump to Baby does not provide medication advice and does not advise clients to start, stop, increase, decrease, substitute, time, dose, or otherwise change any medication, supplement, treatment plan, or provider recommendation.
Questions about medication safety, dosing, timing, side effects, interactions, contraindications, supplements, or treatment decisions should be directed to your licensed healthcare provider or pharmacist.
Bump to Baby may provide general feeding education and support.
Bump to Baby does not provide individualized lactation assessment, weighted feeds, infant medical evaluation, diagnosis or treatment of feeding problems, written feeding plans, or lactation consulting.
Clients should contact their pediatrician, lactation consultant, feeding specialist, or other appropriate provider for individualized feeding concerns, infant weight concerns, supply concerns, latch concerns, or medical concerns.
Return-to-work preparation is practical and logistical only.
Bump to Baby does not provide legal, human resources, employment, benefits, insurance, leave, workplace accommodation, wage-and-hour, or job-protection advice, including advice about FMLA, the PUMP Act, workplace accommodations, or short-term disability.
Those questions should be directed to your employer, human resources department, benefits administrator, insurance plan, or an attorney.
Bump to Baby is a private-pay service and does not bill insurance.
Bump to Baby does not provide superbills, diagnosis codes, procedure codes, or documentation for insurance reimbursement. Clients may receive payment receipts for their records.
Package pricing, deposits, installment options, refund terms, cancellation terms, and payment authorization terms are provided on the website, in enrollment materials, and/or in the Client Service Agreement.
By enrolling, you authorize Bump to Baby to charge the enrollment deposit at enrollment and the remaining installment payments according to the payment schedule disclosed at enrollment and shown in Healthie or other payment materials.
Monthly installment payments will be charged automatically on the applicable due dates unless the payment plan is completed or services are cancelled according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy and Client Service Agreement.
To request cancellation, email kate@bumptobabynurse.com with your name, package, and requested cancellation date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
If a client cancels after services begin, future installment payments that are not yet due will stop as of the effective cancellation date. Refunds, credits, pauses, modified plans, or extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be confirmed in writing by Bump to Baby.
Bump to Baby strives to provide supportive, educational, and practical guidance, but does not guarantee any specific pregnancy, birth, postpartum, newborn, feeding, emotional, medical, legal, employment, insurance, workplace, or personal outcome.
This website may include links to third-party websites, platforms, or resources. Bump to Baby is not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, or practices of third-party websites or platforms.
For enrolled clients, Bump to Baby uses Healthie, a third-party technology vendor, for intake, scheduling, documentation, payment, electronic signatures, account administration, and client communication. Use of Healthie may also be subject to Healthie’s own terms, privacy policy, and platform requirements.
Website content, including text, design, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and other materials, belongs to Bump to Baby or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission from Bump to Baby.
Use of this website and submission of information through the website are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

For enrolled clients, the signed Client Service Agreement controls first, followed by signed acknowledgment forms and written enrollment/payment materials, to the extent of any conflict related to enrolled services.
These Website Terms of Service and Disclaimer govern use of the website and public-facing website materials. The Privacy Policy separately governs how Bump to Baby may collect, use, disclose, and protect information.
These Terms replace and supersede any prior website terms, website disclaimer, or public-facing terms document previously posted by Bump to Baby.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to use of this website or these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Bump to Baby may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised effective date or last updated date.
