Bump to Baby before enrollment does not create a nurse-client relationship.
A client
relationship begins only after Bump to Baby accepts enrollment, required
agreements and acknowledgments are completed, and any required payment is

Bump to Baby provides RN-led
education, preparation, resource navigation, emotional support, appointment
preparation, and general guidance during pregnancy and postpartum.
Bump to Baby does not
provide diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, medication management, clinical
triage, urgent or emergency care, labor management, fetal monitoring, newborn
medical evaluation, mental health crisis care, individualized lactation
assessment, or medical advice.
Bump to Baby does not
replace your OB, midwife, pediatrician, primary care provider, lactation
consultant, therapist, specialist, pharmacist, emergency provider, or other
licensed healthcare professionals.
This website, the contact
form, email, and text messaging are not monitored continuously and should not
be used for urgent or emergency concerns.
For urgent symptoms, labor
concerns, newborn medical concerns, emergencies, mental health crisis concerns,
or time-sensitive medical decisions, contact your OB, midwife, pediatrician,
provider triage line, Labor & Delivery, 911, the nearest emergency
department, or an appropriate crisis resource.
Do not wait for a response
from Bump to Baby before seeking urgent or emergency care.
The website
contact form, regular email, and text messaging are intended for general
inquiries, scheduling, billing, appointment confirmations, portal
notifications, and administrative matters.
Please do not
submit symptoms, diagnoses, test results, photographs, vital signs, medication
questions, infant weights, feeding logs, or other sensitive health information
through the website contact form, regular email, or text message.
Enrolled clients
should use the secure Healthie portal for routine service-related
communication.
Bump to Baby may
provide services only when the client is physically located in a state where
Bump to Baby’s nurse is legally permitted to provide services. Services may be
declined, paused, or rescheduled if a client is located in a state where
services are not legally permitted.
Bump to Baby is a
private-pay service and does not bill insurance. Bump to Baby does not provide
superbills, diagnosis codes, procedure codes, or documentation for insurance
reimbursement.
